Q1: What material is the inflatable boat handle made of?
A: Main body is heavy-duty PVC with polyester mesh fabric, base by high-frequency welded. Nylon webbing version is optional. Tear-resistant, waterproof and saltwater resistant, suitable for all kinds of inflatable dinghies.
Q2: How to install it on inflatable boat?
A: Two types:
Welded version: Pre-welded on boat tubes at factory (standard for finished boats).
Glue-on repair version: Comes with PVC patch, install with special PVC adhesive for aftermarket installation or replacement.
Mounting surface must be clean, dry and oil-free. Let it cure for 24 hours before use.
Q3: Can it be used in saltwater? Will it crack easily due to aging?
A: The reinforced PVC material resists saltwater corrosion. But long-time soaking and direct sunlight will accelerate aging. Rinse with fresh water after use, air dry in shade and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Q5: Is the handle ready to use once installed?
A: For glue-on type: full 24h curing time is mandatory. Do not load or pull the handle before fully cured.
